B. Selection of
Personnel:
Our system of selection is guaranteed and we select the right man
for the right job. We strictly follow the instructions of our
principals regarding the selection of the candidates.
We give hereunder the salient features of our recruiting policy for
the manpower.
1.
Permission of Protectorate of Emigrant’s Government of Pakistan:
We need to register ourselves as authorized promoters on behalf of
the employer in Pakistan and we officially get permission for
selection of required personnel. For all such foreign demand of
manpower as per government of Pakistan regulations, it is necessary
to get registered with the protectorate of emigrants first devoid of
protectorate permission no selection and recruitment is legal.
2.
Advertisement:
The advertising media is used to attract workers of the required
standards. We also have highly paid personal contacts and our own
placements to maintain a comprehensive candidature of manpower.

Physical Build-up and Manifestation:
Complying with the immigration norms as well as regulations of
several corporate, we ensure that the candidate is physically fit
for the job. We have leading doctors registered with us. All
personnel who have qualified in the required professions tests are
thoroughly medically checked. These check-ups include: stool test,
urine test, blood test for vs. etc. chest x-ray. Hepatitis c. Test,
all other vaccination etc is done as per international rules of
emigrants.

Concluding
Prerequisites:
The successful candidates have to attend compulsorily three days
training courses, during which they are briefed about the social,
cultural and historical background of the employer's country, legal
system and local laws of the host country.

Transportation phase / Airline
Reservation:
After the completion of all the formalities we arrange reservation
of seat’s according to the schedule of employer. After confirmation
of air line seat’s we inform our principals about the arrival
(date/time) of their employees so that they can be conveniently
received at the airport on arrival. As soon as Seat is confirmed, we
notify the applicants. We make every effort that Applicants Travel
from the Nearest International Airport to their respective City to
the work location in a direct flight, however if it is not possible
for whatever reason, the Applicants themselves have to make
arrangement to travel to Karachi or Islamabad.
