Recruitment Procedure:
To streamline the export of manpower in Pakistan, the government of
Pakistan have appointed overseas employment promoters after
thoroughly satisfying themselves with the standing and credibility
of the agents. For processing any demand of manpower for export, all
countries have different regulations and systems while processing
employment visa. However, the following is procedure is the standard
procedure.
In order to regulate a smooth flow of Pakistani personnel for
employment and to safeguard the interests of employees and the
employers, the government of Pakistan has prescribed the following
documents that should be completed to process the export of manpower
from Pakistan. The Performa’s
of these documents are incorporated in this site.
A. Documentation
required from the employers.
1.
Draft of mutual
agreement:
It is a Draft of Mutual Agreement Between employer and us covering agreed terms conditions.
2.
Power of attorney:
The power of attorney is issued by the employer of their normal
letterhead and serves as an authority for the recruiting agency in
Pakistan to recruit personnel on their behalf.
3.
Letter of
requirement of personnel:
This letter is commonly known as “demand letter” and is issued on
the employer’s letter head addressed to mention number of posts,
salaries and other terms and conditions of service
4.
Authority
letter (along with copy of visas):
The authority letter enables us to process the visa formalities with
the embassy or consulate of the country to which the employee is
proceeding.
